I have had the pleasure of having Capstone CPA and specifically, Mr. David Bauer, doing my taxes along with my parents and sister. Capstone CPA, Mr. Bauer (for the longest time i referred to him as JACK BAUER, from 24) have always been extremely nice, kind and PROFESSIONAL! I have used capstone for years. When Donna was there, it was great. They were responsive, thorough and her work was quality. I'm not sure if she left, but for the past 2 or 3 years they've been unresponsive, terribly slow and rude. Never again. Update: The comment below is further proof of this company’s poor practice. As I’m sure they are aware, my review of their company was not a response to their resignation letter as I sent an email ending our relationship more than a month before they sent a disengagement letter. I am a real estate investor in NE Ohio. I have had a great experience working with the team at CFS. The only out of pocket expenses I paid to close the loan was for the appraisal. The initial loan pay-out was completed the day after closing, and allowed me to recoup funds already invested in the rehab. My initial draw request was submitted and approved 2 weeks later, since I had completed the majority of the big ticket items prior to closing.
