AFTER pulling my credit hitting it/ I was called and told they CANNOT accept me ONLY because I don’t live locally in their area…literally. I am a local to Cleveland TN. I work remotely my jobs in TN. Yet I am told I don’t qualify directly because of that. Lies. Never heard of in my life now these weird people have my personal info.
Gave me the runaround wasting my time instead of telling me i was denied. If you tell someone you’ll call them back, do it!! Some ppl rely on money.
Amazing group of ladies very polite did my app online they called verified some info and approved me when every one else said no. Went into the store and was treated amazing really recommend this company for anyone struggling with less than perfect credit as they will work with you to the best of their ability if their was a option for a billion star rating id give to this company
Approved but needed a single piece of legal mail. Sent my bank statement I get electronically WITH my address through email which I asked was okay, all check stubs with a mailing address- got to the office and told they can’t take A BANK STATEMENT as proof of address, but can take a printed paycheck stub?? I asked- they said it had to be a mailed in statement with an envelope. Or they could mail me something and I could come back. After it took over a week to even get a response if I was approved or not!! Wasted credit check... read more
