Was a pleasant experience when we first opened accounts. Lately, they have been unresponsive and rude. They are just not very professional or nice.
I want to thank all the employees, especially Ms A******* at the N Ocoee Street location, It has been ten years of top notch service, products, when they we're changing over to Capstar , thought dang opened that account the day I moved here . But it's the people and service you get there .They know you buy name and reminds you of how banking used to be , you could always tell by the dumb-dumb sucker they were happily enjoying. Just wish we still got paper checks so I would have more reason to go. ********
