I had a great experience and amazing customer service! I came with my girls bike for some chain issue and it was fixed right away! We both felt comfortable there and even managed to get help with purchasing a new helmet that my girl absolutely loves! I will definitely go there again!

With very short notice the crew at Cap's built-up a new Specialized bike for me and gave me a thorough rundown of everything I needed to know. The staff were really helpful and accomodating. Seb was incredibly generous with both his time and knowledge.

Just a heads up this is an American Owned Store, not a local business. They were bought out by Specialized few years ago. Great shop otherwise, but I'm gonna try and support more Canadian shops
