Great team, always friendly and welcoming. They are always super helpful and if they don't have what you are looking for in stock they will go out of their way to try and find it.
After a 13 year hiatus I am back to mountain biking and its all thanks to Jordan. His expert knowledge was key in me deciding to purchase a new Turbo Levo bike. This is a great local shop that I recommend to everyone. I will defiantly be back again and again.

Good selection of many items but $30-40 for replacing the chain is not a bargain. Sportchek is only $10 by comparison.
Sebastian is a fantastic manager at Caps Cycle in New Westminster. He is incredibly attentive, professional and really takes the time to make sure you're looked after. I truly appreciate everything he does. While I didn’t have the best experience with the service team overall, Sebastian stood out and made a big difference.
