Great neighborhood bike shop!
The service here at Cap’s was immaculate! I really appreciated the care and attention from the team. Getting in contact with them over their texting service was fabulous and I felt well taken care of through the entire process of buying a new bike! Thanks to the entire Cap’s team!
Bought a brand new mtb off the floor, only to be told it will be ready in a week after paying for it. No other shop will take this long to do a look over before it goes out the door. After receiving the bike, the front brake ended up needing a new one (a warranty). The mechanic was snarky and rude when I brought it in, saying it was fine after showing him deliberately what was wrong. I said warranty it. I’ll be back when it’s done. Swung by the shop on a late Wednesday afternoon needing a minor repair to my e-bike. They saw me immediately and were able to quickly and easily solve my problem. As my favourite neighbourhood bike shop I can highly recommend them for the quality of their service, having patronized Cap's several times since 2020.
