I recently purchased a brand new mountain bike from Cap’s in New Westminster. Unfortunately, after only a month of ownership, my son dented the rim which caused the tire to leak air. When I brought the bike into the shop, I was disappointed with the experience. Rather than discussing possible repair options, the focus immediately seemed to be on upselling me to a brand new, very expensive replacement rim.
