Very good service, they got us in for a tire change and got it done for a reasonable price. The tech there really knew what he was doing. I will use them to service our bikes again for sure
Went to caps In new west this morning to get a couple tires. The gentleman behind the counter that waited on me but it's so awesome and the rest of the staff there were so polite on any question that I had to ask. I do appreciate the service that I got today
I brought my bike in for service and was told I needed a new chain. Nothing was mentioned about the cassette. After the service, I was informed that the cassette needed replacing as well, despite it being replaced at Cap’s in Port Moody in June 2024 and having less than 500 km on it. Since the service, the bike has started skipping gears, which wasn’t happening before. Every time I shift, it’s like the chain is slipping.
