I do not recommend this bank. I attempted to withdraw a small amount of cash and was denied access to my own funds, with the CEO citing a “security policy.” After expressing my concerns, I was shocked to receive a call from a police officer two days later informing me that my account would be closed. Don't bother. We've come in three times opening an account as new residents with proof of residency (i.e., rental agreement) and social security cards as we wait for our licenses. My husband even called their main line and was told this wouldn't be a problem. Ha, jokes for days. I literally told them I won't bother at this point to return. The lack of customer service and education shows and it is frustrating.
