Expert service and very high quality window furnishings. Nothing was too much trouble and the owner and all staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with! Highly recommended!
The service from this company has been exceptional! From the front desk staff, to management to the installers. The Customer service was appalling..we popped in to have a look around, I could hear 3 people chatting in the back room..after awhile I asked a young lass who was on her mobile to see if we could grab some information...she was not happy ..I felt she did not know her products ...she lost sales ..we will not be returning. However the showroom was extremely clean. Shop front was inviting.
The whole team has been amazing to work with! Their knowledge and guidance about what would be best for our home was invaluable. Their customer service was clear, prompt and we were always treated with patience and kindness. We highly recommend these guys!
