Double disappointed that stock is not packaged correctly. Ordered 10cm outdoor blind joiner, which is what the package description shows. Contents are 20cm. Second time this has happened with same product purchased from Spotlight online. Made in China
Installing a Caprice Australia curtain rod and what a waste of both time and money....... Extendable 120 cm to 210 cm medium to heavy duty URBAN Caprice, purchase from spotlight & no longer have receipt. Installation instructions poorly showing on side of box, bracket grub screw striped with minimum turn of Allen key making it unsecure & useless to support the rod 🤬 Honestly this doesn't even have the country it was made in on the packaging, So Buyer BEWARE!!!!!

I contacted Caprice after I accidentally broke the chain on a blind supplied by Caprice that had been bought through a third party. Robert not only called me to identify the problem and arrange a new part, but showed me how I could fix the blind fitting in the window. Above and beyond the service I expected. Thank you.
