I’ve bought both in-store and online, and the experience has been disappointing. I ordered some models through their website, which is slow and barely responsive. Honestly, the only reason they still have these products is probably because they can’t sell them. I only buy here because they carry the items I want, but their customer service is terrible, and I imagine it will stay that way if nothing changes.

Such a great store.. very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They carry a lot of top tier products, items you don't often see in person for sale. This shop caters to specifc needs and sometimes this can be a very valuable thing, a place where you feel comfortable spending your money! Shopping online for real gear doesn't always workout.
