Me personally I think Cappy, is the worst Attorney I had ever had. I can thank Mr. Cappy, that his paralegal Missy, didn't define me when the adjuster from the other car stated to me your Attorney said you were 20% at fault because I couldn't remember if I was moving or at a complete stop.
