The online reservation was so simple I called to make sure it went through. They confirmed details over the phone and had paperwork ready when I arrived. They were great about removing the taxes since it was for a church trip. I was in and out in >30 minutes. I rented the larger Ford van, which was clean and in great shape. Terrible customer service. No help, no apology and full of excuses. As for the vehicles, in the midst of chaos, both vans rented overheated and the AC gave out in this Texas HEAT. Find a different rental company!!! My family and I suffered a loss and were in need of vans to cross 25+ family members across the border to bury a loved one in Mexico. We rented 2 vans.
