Great place to rent a luxury van for our business needs. We highly recommend this place!
Charged a cleaning free for small amounts of grass in car after renting 15 passenger van. Walked the van prior to returning and didnt feel any thing was worse than a normal vacumm that they would do before any next rental. Dude was smug about the cleaning even advised 7/8 was gas upon rental and returned full. He laughed as cleaning fee still applies. Unless you like detailing rental cars I would stay away from this place. Normal vacuuming needed and they tried to charge $100. I took it to the gas station on the corner and cleaned it in less than 10 minutes. The van was $1200 for 5 days and they expect you to vacuum it for them??? $100 for ten minutes of vacuuming is $600 and hour. Rental companies by policy should expect to have to run a vacuum for a few minutes when a vehicle is returned. Pretty good way to lose a return customer.
