This company has given us so much headache! We rented a cargo van and was told to bring in documents but because it was a holiday, and they couldn’t reach the insurance company, they wouldn’t rent to us. This caused us to lose our furniture and had to pay for additional help. So we lost out on money, time, andgetting our things out on time because someone booked our reservation, spoke with us on the phone multiple times, and then had an oversight of the holiday.They didn’t even offer to make it better.
