Really shocked at not only the incompetence of this firm, but also the lack of customer service and failure to make things right after making mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes - how companies respond when they make them is the mark of good customer service in my opinion. Capps & Hessong not only made numerous egregious mistakes on our tax filing, but also failed to take accountability or provide recourse for the errors.
