This bank's online banking system is a total joke. There's always some kind of error preventing me from logging in, and I'm constantly having to update my password. Many times I can't login at all! Or, some glitch prevents me from doing some critical menial task online like updating my mortgage payee which led to a $100 late fee last month, and I'll probably get hit with a fee again this month since I'm unable to login at all to change my auto pay date for my most critical bill. The highest compliment I can pay any banking institution is that I trust them. I've done business with this bank for 30 years, and I absolutely do trust them. The staff is exceedingly helpful and courteous, as a bonus.
