We loved our lesson on the induction cook top and enjoyed every minute with Chef Deborah. The lunch was amazing
If you are thinking of purchasing Miele appliances you should give strong consideration to doing so from Caplan's! From the amazing showroom to see the products in, to their wonderful staff and all the way through to the many extras that they offer their clients. For example, we were offered a cooking event to learn more about our range. My wife and I learned so many great features of our Miele range but on top of that we served an amazing meal that was prepared as part of us learning experience. Michelle at Caplans was GREAT, literally such great customer service, when we redo our kitchen I will DEFINITELY be back! Michelle was so patient (explained new features to me several times till I understood), even clarified when we weren’t sure (the Miele rep was available and also great!), she followed up quickly (with info and options) and was just overall a lovely kind human to work with (there are still good ones out there). It was Deborah who 'put the icing on the cake' so to speak, with regard to making the decision to purchase a combination steam oven. And, it was Deborah, along with Claire's assistance, who taught us how to use the oven. We had a fun and enjoyable afternoon learning about specific features, as a feast unfolded before our eyes, with total ease and professionalism. By the way, the feast was for us to enjoy! I’d like to thank Chef Deborah, Claire and Shaun for the amazing time we had at the Miele Gallery and Experience Centre. Just before kids headed back to school Claire and Deborah planned an awesome cooking experience for us to use the Miele appliances Shaun recommended to us at Caplan’s. We had such an incredibly fun time together cooking a 3 course meal together with an engaging and brilliant chef.
