Chef Deborah and Chef Renato - what a fantastic team! 5 stars is not enough…we are so grateful for this experience. My family had an amazing session in Caplan’s Miele show kitchen at Weston Rd last Sat. This was our first time using session offered by Caplan’s. If you are thinking of purchasing Miele appliances you should give strong consideration to doing so from Caplan's! From the amazing showroom to see the products in, to their wonderful staff and all the way through to the many extras that they offer their clients. For example, we were offered a cooking event to learn more about our range. My wife and I learned so many great features of our Miele range but on top of that we served an amazing meal that was prepared as part of us learning experience. Michelle at Caplans was GREAT, literally such great customer service, when we redo our kitchen I will DEFINITELY be back! Michelle was so patient (explained new features to me several times till I understood), even clarified when we weren’t sure (the Miele rep was available and also great!), she followed up quickly (with info and options) and was just overall a lovely kind human to work with (there are still good ones out there).
