Today, while making a delivery at Caplan's Miele Gallery, my cargo suddenly collapsed due to uneven roads. What truly touched me was that two ladies and two gentlemen from the store immediately came out to help without hesitation. They helped me reorganize and carry the goods together, offering only kind words of comfort and encouragement — not a single complaint. We had a phenomenal experience at the Miele Gallery at Caplans. Chef Deborah and her team did an excellent job showcasing the key features of the Miele appliances, while also sharing valuable tips on how to get the most out of the ones we selected. The meal they prepared was outstanding, and we truly enjoyed the entire experience.
If you are thinking of purchasing Miele appliances you should give strong consideration to doing so from Caplan's! From the amazing showroom to see the products in, to their wonderful staff and all the way through to the many extras that they offer their clients. For example, we were offered a cooking event to learn more about our range. My wife and I learned so many great features of our Miele range but on top of that we served an amazing meal that was prepared as part of our learning experience.
