Slow on repairs 4+ weeks !! Poor communications skills and at the end of 4 weeks they Say they can’t fix it ???!!! Very frustrating
I had a passed finish nailer that had an issue. They assessed the tool and got me right part for repair.
They were awesome
My last experience was negative. Counter person was hostile, told me to either call ahead or order some place else. I won't do business there again.
