I needed a power of attorney done for my mom while she lived in an old folks' home, and I found Capitol Mobile Notary online nearby. Miss Cruz of Capitol Mobile Notary was very courteous and professional, but the most important part was that she was able to come to my mom's rest home in Potomac and Mom signed her POA right in the room. A witness was also provided as an additional service. All in all, it went very smooth and we were very satisfied.

Very fast and professional. Might not be the cheapest but it was exactly what I needed to get 12 of my staff notarized at once the day after I called.

I’m not too sure of who Kirk is as I dealt with a lady named Sonia.This was my first time using a notary and felt like I was completely taken advantage of. She said she was a couple minutes away and for one signature she charged $125. The rate was given before actually knowing how many signatures and what exact kind of document being notarized. Only reason I am posting this as after meeting another notary a day later to get more documents notarized, I was charged only $8 per signature plus a $5 flat travel fee plus mileage. ... read more
