When you picture a small town hardware store with friendly, experienced staff, this is it. Every time I visit the store, the staff is so friendly and help me with whatever home project I’m working on. I want to learn and it’s so nice to know I’m talking to someone that understands what they’re talking about and wants to help. It’s rare to find a store like this. Also, they’re surprisingly well stocked!
Pretty upsetting to come here and spend almost $70 on an item I found the next day at Wilco for $20. Highway robbery
It’s very upsetting to see customers leaving a low rating due to the economy hardships. The ratings are about the business and their services. We’ve lived here for well over 30 years and have not seen greater customer service and better personal than this. Yes, the economy has caused hardships and losses for everyone but no one criticizes or rates a customer for their inability to spend.
