Abysmal customer service. Purchased a light from CL but realized afterwards I needed another stem/rod to hang the light from the ceiling. Showed up at CL and the sales person couldn't have been less helpful telling me I needed to work with the initial person I bought the light from. Furthermore, he had no knowledge or insight how to buy a simple additional rod only telling me they don't carry them in store.
