Capitol helped order a tile I was having a hard time finding. Their customer service is wonderful; they follow up and promptly help with questions and the order. They are wonderful and fair priced.
I ordered 6 boxes of tile for my kitchen backsplash. My order was processed and shipped and delivered in just a few days. It was well protected, but I did have two boxes with broken tiles, but Capitol Glass Tile quickly shipped replacement and I received it in less than 24 hours. Very good communication and service!
