Wow I will never bank at this bank ever again FUW to the little girl with the nose ring flipping me off through the window and all o did was wave at her plus she was very rude to me while getting a simple check cashed so she needs fired!
I’ve been into this branch to cancel my account numerous times over the months. The last time I was in because I was over drafted due to a “Dormancy Fee” AFTER I was told my account was closed. I went in and paid the overdraft fee and told them to close my account, I was told it was done. They sure took my money, but must’ve forgot the whole reason I was there, yet again, was to close my account because now I’m getting mail stating it is still open. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this particular branch.
