I had the best experience at the Capitol Federal Location on North Oak 2371772. I called and spoke to a lady on the phone who was very helpful. I then got to the location and spoke with the Branch Manager Tamarra Spruill about something regarding my mother who passed away over a year ago. The little info I had was very confusing and Tamarra when above in beyond to help me sort it out. She made multiple phone calls on my behalf to sort out my situation.
