Very disorganized and very rude people. Never again!
Its Friday, 3:02pm on 2/9/24. My driver checks in to the shipping office and they tell him sorry we cant load you, you have to be here before 3pm, the loaders leave at 330pm. I politely ask if there's anything that can be done in an effort not to strand our driver in Maryland for the weekend (he lives in CT) and she told us sorry no nothing I can do. I have to say I was VERY disappointed. For a warehouse facility, that relies on truck drivers to keep their doors open, to be so cold hearted is just beyond me. Ive been in the ... read more
