My friend Andrea recommended this place and spoke very highly of Dr. Eden, so we trusted we were going somewhere professional and reliable. I visited Capitol Contours after being recommended by a friend. While my experience started well, it unfortunately became very frustrating. Eden was kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She told me the total cost would be $500 ($250 for medication and $250 for the service). Based on that, I agreed and was charged the full amount. However, I never received the medication and had to follow up multiple times. I was with Andrea who left a previous review, when she had the call with the owner Christine because I was interested in joining capital contours myself. Once I heard how disrespectful and unprofessional she was with her clients, I decided to look for treatment elsewhere. I hope this group improves the way they handle treatment of their guests, Christine especially.
