I had an accident on a Saturday morning training ride. It left my bike un-rideable. I showed up at the shop around 11am and was greeted by Eduardo. He was great and totally put me at ease regarding my repair. Eduardo was confident he could get me back on the road quickly and he did just that. Second time bringing a bike into Capital Co-op! And second time being extremely satisfied! These guys are great and were able to get my bike ready for the trails. Eduardo was awesome as well, he stayed after closing to make sure everything was done right and let me pick it up where most Big chain company shops would just have you pound sand and close up for the day lol.
These guys are absolutely awesome. Great customer service quick turn around and great prices. This is a bike shop for cyclists by cyclists. They understand us because they are us.
I dropped my bike off for a full service and they had it ready in under 24 hours. Not only was the turnaround incredibly fast, but the quality of the work far exceeded my expectations. Everything was dialed in perfectly and the bike feels better than it has in a long time. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful the entire time. They even went above and beyond by arranging a way for me to pick up my bike outside of regular business hours, which was a huge help with my schedule. Had an AMAZING experience at Elemental Coffee. I was from out of town, and the barista made me feel instantly like a local and a part of the family. The crowd was lively and fun to be around. Elemental coffee was a very comfortable spot to relax and unwind. The coffee was delicious, and if I am ever back in Oklahoma City, Elemental Coffee will be the first place I stop.
