I went to go check in 5am for 6am appt and the guy in the mustang stopped me took my paperwork by the gate they called me on the phone 40 minutes later unloaded full reefer trailer in 2 hours. Another hour and a half for the paperwork. I got a nap in I think it was fairly quick for a full trailer no complaints here 🫡
This place is a joke 4 hours for few pallets ridiculous because of them i miss my next delivery
Worst place to deliver honestly, they don't know what they doing, receiving department really lost don't know how to run that department.
With nowhere to park we're not even safe at Walmart, sams, or planet fitness, i have never been booted before in my life, till now. If you had any love for your drivers you'd make sure there's parking for them to deliver your freight. No longer will i take freight to louisianna
No instructions for outside Carriers. Lots of parking on street. (Ok to park overnight) MUST park on street before check in. Poorly run by management. I had to bother 5 different employees to re-enter facility to retrieve paperwork. Bathrooms, no vending.
