Awesome service, quality gear and a great looking store
I would have to agree with all the other comments. I had an issue with a gear set (getting really old), called in to the store and was told bring the wheel in we will fix it on the spot. I called back 10 minutes later with the wheel and it was done on the spot and really quickly and hasn't been an issue since. I am planning on getting the Premium Service done to prolong the life span of my 15 year old Avanti bicycle.
Mike and his team at Capitol Bikes are by far the best bike shop we have found in Brisbane. From making our old bikes so smooth for the B2GC, to assisting my wife and myself select our new bikes, the service and customer experience was second to none, above and beyond. I must highly recommend them, as nothing is too much trouble for them to meet our cycling needs, but above all, our trust.
