Chad was there every step of the way during the purchasing process. He went to work finding the best mortgage rate with a trusted company. He was always there to answer any questions that I had and work very well with my realtor also. When the times comes again, I will contact Chad at Capital Bull!
I applied, was told they are working on it and then he stopped all communication so I decided to go another route. I let him know that and still nothing. Terrible communication by just leaving people hanging and suddenly just no more responses without any explanation. Chad is a very honest and hard working person. He goes above and beyond for you whether you are a client or friend. I put my total tray in Chad. He is very upfront and won’t hold anything back. He will tell you the truth always and if he can’t help you he makes sure to point you in the right direction. I would recommend Chad always.
