They didn’t bill the right insurance and then told me my frames weren’t covered but they would’ve been covered had they billed the right insurance. The receptionist workers are very rude, talk to you like they are above you and also don’t listen.

When I first set up my appointment last year, there were multiple phone calls trying to get my (very standard) insurance to work, probably because this clinic does not appear to keep electronic records. My appointment was in the middle of the workday and the doctor kept me in the chair for probably an hour and 45 minutes talking about how we could lower insurance costs by globally enforcing drug patents and making it more difficult to sue for malpractice.
