Great customer service. They went the extra mile to assist me. I was impressed by their service and patience with me.
Very helpful with understanding the difference between several models of a particular brand of vacuum. I told them what my requirements were and got a recommendation specific to my needs.
No BS, Roger was very helpful and knowledgeable. I expected a pushy sales guy when he came up to me but my experience was a vacuum geek-out, warm and educational. I'd recommend coming here if you are tired of cheap vacuums not lasting or getting the job done. If not, you should come in anyway and learn something useful.
The customers service was stellar without being pushy. I was able to try out different vacuums and ask questions about maintenance, etc. When I went back to buy, the sale agent recognized me. We rarely get this kind of service nowadays!
