Exceptional customer service - listened carefully to my needs/ preferences, made great suggestions, assembled everything prior to my leaving, and helped load it up. Miele products are not inexpensive, but they are quality products, and Capital Vacuum backs it up with great service. The hardwood floor brush may be my 2025 favorite purchase. 😉
