No BS, Roger was very helpful and knowledgeable. I expected a pushy sales guy when he came up to me but my experience was a vacuum geek-out, warm and educational. I'd recommend coming here if you are tired of cheap vacuums not lasting or getting the job done. If not, you should come in anyway and learn something useful.
The customers service was stellar without being pushy. I was able to try out different vacuums and ask questions about maintenance, etc. When I went back to buy, the sale agent recognized me. We rarely get this kind of service nowadays!

Exceptional company that my parents used back in the late 1950’s and myself in early 2000’s. Their level of service is impeccable and product knowledge is terrific. (Full disclosure: Vacuum cleaners are equipped to do a lot more than the old days) I am a loyal customer and always will.
The staff at Capital Vacuum is very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Roger helped us make a very wise choice in selecting a SEBO upright vacuum. The air quality in a recently cleaned room was noticeably better from using the SEBO. I highly recommend this store and the SEBO vacuum.
