The Representative was very nice and courteous and knowledgeable about what I needed help with and would highly recommend anybody who needs help to go and give them a try!
My husband and I have been customers for almost a year with this company. We called to pay off our loan and was very rudley informed by Micheal who claims to be a manager but does not know who or where the corpate office is or how to contact them. She informed us if we pay off our loan with a debit card they will hold our title an additional 30 days and we still have to pay an additional 80.00 more then our pay off.
