I had a frustrating experience with this tax office. The first time I used their services, everything went smoothly, and I paid around $200. However, the second time I approached them, they shocked me by telling me that all my potential tax refunds would be taken by the ATO, and I would need to pay an additional $700 to the ATO on top of their $200 fee.
