Worst customer service ever! I won’t be dealing with them again!
Website is terrible and needs to be brought up to modern ADA compliance. The Orbisonia, PA office needs to have more people in the office, answers the phones, or have a call center if they cannot handle the call volume. I could go on for days about issues with these offices.
Literally the worst people to deal with! Was supposed to handle everything in 2023 - instead they messed up and didn't get the whole house, now these criminals are trying to charge my daughter who is a minor $90 in late fees. Absolutely ridiculous! So glad we moved to cumberland!
Constant threats and fines for being a Non-filer. I'm not a business/sole-proprietorship, or a (part-time) "resident" nor am I a citizen/slave of the political corporation! They have now officially been warned to cease and desist
