Wow! Over the last 1.5-2 years I’ve had general back pain, from waking up in the morning to sitting at my desk. I tried many forms of stretching, yoga and even foam rolling but the pain was just so pesky. Finally I talked to Scarlett and scheduled an appointment for cupping and dry needling and it’s such a GREAT feeling to not wake up with back pain. I am relatively healthy and in my late 20s, but have had minor knee pain throughout my life. I signed up for a half marathon for January 2020 and decided to pursue physical therapy to prevent injury before beginning my training. Jess and Scarlett are both excellent PTs. They really listen to your concerns and needs and do a great job designing a custom treatment plan that addresses pain/healing efficiently. I’ve seen them for hip and neck problems and they’ve done wonders.

I’ve been a hairstylist for almost 10 years and have always suffered from shoulder pain. After talking to Scarlett, I decided to give physical therapy a try and it was a game changer. She worked with me and gave me the tools I needed to strengthen my shoulders and stretches to do based on my needs. I also had cupping and dry needling and loved them both. Wow wow, this was a great experience for my back. I came and thought I would have to explain to 4 different people what was wrong, but it wasn't that way at all. She immediately figured out what was wrong and helped me a lot and gave good 1on1 treatment. The therapeutic cupping was fantastic and she helped my understand what stretches I need to do to help at my construction job. I felt better just after my first visit.
