I asked Adrian of Capital South Funding to keep an eye on the numbers for me. He kept me informed and when the right time came I filled out the paperwork on line. I don't know of any past experience with a financial institute that hasn't had something go wrong or pull out a surprise at the end but with Capital South everything went smooth and all details were fully covered.
