Poor customer service Very poor customer service. I called asking for the price of a machine and the man said they were unable to give me the price on the phone. I have three young children, 4 years old and younger, and a 1/2 hour (minimum) drive to find out a price is not logical when we have phone capabilities. I was very disappointed in their service.
Capital Quilts is top notch! World class customer service and fabric selection. The staff is helpful and knowledgable. The Frequent Buyer Program (Blue Card) is terrific, rewarding me for purchasing locally rather than just going online and ordering my fabric from somewhere. There are more batiks here than you'll find in other shops, and they use rotary cutters/rulers when they cut fabric to ensure a straight line (and no distortion frrom tearing!), and they cut generously. Lovely shop They have lots of fabric and patterns and are exceptional at applique - every year at the quilters quest their square is the prettiest of the bunch. very pleasant staff
Great Quilt Store I have been shopping at this store since it first opened. I love going in and seeing all of the wonderful fabrics, the staff thier treats you better than family and are great helping with any problem you might have. If you are visiting or already live here and quilt you need to experience this store!!!
Wonderful staff, great products I've taken many classes and bought my sewing machine from Capital Quilts. Nina gave a great 'introduction to your machine' class, and has answered my many questions. I also really enjoy the great selection of batiks.

Brought my high-end Janome machine there for servicing on Aug. 22, 2019 because they advertise they are a "Certified" Janome Dealer. Unfortunately, they had my machine for well over two months with no servicing. Reasonably, during this time I called several times--with a couple of emails in between--to find out the status of my machine. No one ever called me back with any information.
