thaere are scammers you pay them they cash your checks then so you did not pay and turn you over to collection then you call them and email them and they wont talk to you i see a law suit coming to them very soon so beware of them

After then told that all we needed was $450 down after we finish the application and pay them ever told them $3,500 originally told him we wanted to cancel and still waiting on my refund it is been a month-and-a-half

NEVER USE Capital Premium Finance. They will find any reason to charge fees despite being notified in a timely manner whether through ourselves, our terrible agent CF Insurance and Hull Insurance company. I will make sure everyone I know in the commercial world to never trust their finance needs with them. Customer Service reps do not follow through on their word when they say they will refund you and when you follow up they say they can charge you late fees because you cancelled your policy accordingly.
