The owner is very rude to customers and outright dismissive. You’re in a town where the population mainly consists of senior citizens so you should learn how to treat people better; people that are trying to sell their items may not understand why you’re not interested; or if there’s an issue with something they may not initially understand what’s going on and may need to be explained to what the issue is like a human. Customer service was very professional.
I bought a very expensive engagement ring and my jeweler who is a certified gemologist told me the Stone was flawed. When purchased they never explained the non returnable policy. When I brought it back the manager was very defensive and told me he would not refund me.
