Highly recommend eCapital, especially Nattasha Nayyar! Even though invoice submission is done online, Nattasha is always in the background, ensuring everything processes instantly. Incredible customer service.
1 Star I do not recommend eCapital Freight to any carrier. Their payment system has become one of the most frustrating parts of doing business with them. They recently switched to AtoB Digital Wallet, and it has been a terrible experience. The system frequently fails, verification codes are difficult to receive, and almost every weekend the wallet seems to stop working.
