Waiting for your money is like waiting for the rapture! I promise you it will take FOREVER! Waiting weeks to be paid is absolutely deplorable, and then their customer service is non-existent. We had to e-mail and call a million times just to tell them our company could shut down for this type of service. Has of September 2025 I've been trucking for 30years never experienced a factoring company like E'capital. Capital destroy our company they don't pay keeping your account negative so that way load not being processing our company colapse I'm not recommended any company to get involved in business with E'capital biggest mistake ever if you do
This company was the worst experience I have ever had with factoring. It was deplorable how they treated me as a client. It was like being rob in a old western movie while ridding on a stage coach. I would never in a life time recommend them e capital to anyone.
Wish I could give them no stars. Was leased on to a company that was use them for factoring. The worst time of .y life as driver waiting weeks to get paid on loads. They should be out of business. Check them on better business bureau.
Since June I've been waiting on ecapital to fund my loads ! Now we're in September ! Lost my company in result of that ! SCAMMERS that who there ! SCAMMING small businesses is what they are doing! Do ourselves a favor be aware of this fraudulently ecapital , it's sounds good for starts and then the scams!
