This company sucks approved me for card never got it then they wanted me to prove my identity they couldnt send me a code by text but could send me a link by text to send photos of my drivers license which we sent like 20 times with 2 different people they said non of it was approved pics werent clear on their end but fine here no other way to approve their tech sucks, customer service is bad, product is bad can’t even get it to you right! no longer want the stupid card and will never do buisness with them again! Terrible customer service. They attempt to automate everything, make you chat with an "AI', and their phone system hangs up on you. Unacceptable customer experience.
Do not bank with Capital One!!! They will close your accounts out of no where and give little to no reason as to why. You may fall behind on bills and their urgency to fix the issue doesn't exist.
IMHO This bank should cease to exist maybe together with their partner BJ.
I've actually had a good experience with capital one. As a contractor I have to carry projects and my income is variable at times. No money til the work is done. I've had to carry a 10 k balance at times and my credit goes up and down depending on how many of the several cards I have are paid off. Capital one has been solid and has kept my credit limit and the interface is good despite how my score can fluctuate month to month.
