I would NEVER recommend this bank! They don't handle claim disputes well! I drove over 40 miles to the closest cash machine to make a deposit. They only allow a certain amount to be deposited at a time so I sent almost 30 minutes making several deposits for an upcoming girls trip to London, Paris, & Amsterdam. Three months later I was questioned where did I get that amount of money from as if i were a drug dealer or obtained it illegally! My wife and I have capitol one 360 checking, recently i mobile deposited a check for a decent amount, was given an availability date of 3-5 days estimate, then it said 1 week for availability, 3 days in I received an email that it would be delayed another 3 days past the week. I tried to see if I could just stop the process and I would take the check to the bank written from and cash it. The capitol one rep said no; its too late. I can't give any less than that or I would, I have been ask to prove that I am me, because of fraudulent charge, which was not, I called them and say I was going to do the charge, they declined the charge, even having a zero balance and a very high limit, okay, they have the right, now for over 45 days i have tried to unblock my card, they have request bank statement with my name and address, I sent, of course my bank will not release information, them they asked me for a copy of my electric bill, sent, but my name is a litt... read more

Watch out for the 360 Checking promise of $300 when you open account and make 3 deposits, they have to be a special kind of deposit, I made 3 deposits from my bank account and that did not qualify as a direct deposit so no $300 bonus. WHAT A JOKE! LOOK OUT AND DON'T GET FOOLED.
