I have been with Capital One over a decade. The Discovery merger that now limits my ATM use from any ATM to one that accepts Discovery has me changing to a new Bank. I as Im sure many are, are extremely disappointed.
In May, I was double charged $1,292.77 for an Airbnb reservation in Seattle. Airbnb was unable to resolve the duplicate charge and advised me to contact CapitalOne. After filing a dispute with CapitalOne, Airbnb cancelled my reservation, but the duplicate charge remained. When I disputed the second charge, no refund was issued and I am still being billed for a service I did not receive. What TRASH!! I am a victim of fraud and they want me commit fraud and give them access to an account I dont have. Now I am closing all my accounts. BBB will hear about this! Don't accept cards with this company. Customer Service has been HORRENDOUS and not helpful!!
