I went to the St Charles branch of Capitalone and experience the most rude, unprofessional folks i could have ever met. I personally have an account and so does my company. To the teller in working the commercial spot #11 with white clear glasses on 3/17 at 2:00pm you should seriously find a new place to work. This was by far the RUDEST and most horrible treatment I've ever experienced with a bank before. I won't return and I've spoken to my boss today about what happened. I am happy to say that we are working to close our account immediately and will choose another bank nearby. Unacceptable.
