Capital One Parsippany NJ branch is the worse ever. And you can add Capital One with it. They are the biggest bunch of goof balls that have no clue on how to keep a website or ATM machine working. Every 30 seconds the ATM at the Parsippany NJ branch is over offline. We just complained to corporate about it less than 4 days ago. Drove up to the ATM to put a deposit in to cover a negative balance, looked down to grab the ATM card and boom the machine went down right infront of us.
