Banker and associate are super professional. They go the extra step to help the client out, unlike other banks In the area .
Sheer incompetence.
Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. There was 3 attendants who managed to get through one person in the first 45 minutes I was there. Totally unhelpful not telling anybody in line any information
Avoid this bank, please. Bad and terrible customer service. If you are a Non-US citizen you won't be welcome there even if you have SSN and ID from NYC. They don't like foreing people as customers. AVOID THIS BANK. Go to Bank of America or Wells Fargo instead. They like foreing people.
It was a bit of a mess in there today. Three people behind the counter. One attended to customers in line while the other two dealt with some other issue. I was the fourth person in line. When it didn’t move after ten minutes and the customers in front of me said it was always like that, I opened my small business account with Chase.
