Arrived there a few min before closing didn't let me in, it was NOT 5pm yet, I told them I needed to make an important deposit, they didn't wanna listen , no service there, only ugly additude.
Nothing bad to report Capitalone bank wasn't bad today. If you're in a hurry to do your banking go to this bank early in the morning they are very slow here. I was surprised today they where pretty fast
I wish I can give a zero star to that Asian with glass, age btw 30-40. Lady called Allen!!! We went to open a debit account with $3K with ourselves, she told me you have to do it online! I asked what if I can’t do it online or I don’t know how to open it online, she told me“ I don’t know, but you have to do it that way, it’s been always like that in the past!
