About a month ago I contacted my account manager Jamil Chowdhury who is a VP in Business Banking at 299 Park Avenue and after not hearing from him for 2 weeks followed up with him about an issue I was having.. it is now another 2 weeks and he has still not gotten back to me...If this is how Capital one treats long term customers then it seems they need a re-haul in hiring... read more
