I've been to this branch a few times recently and had a great experience with withdrawals and deposits. Specifically, Edith was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient.
The worst bank. Can never get access to the ATM . Hate this bank. Going to chase soon
Friendly and efficient. As someone new to the US I had to come into the branch to verify my identity to open the checking account. Brian helped me out promptly and it took just a couple of minutes to get it all settled. Super pleasant experience.
The tellers that work in this branch should all be fired.Every teller has an attitude and treats the customer as if they are doing you a favor.Thats all they tell you if you have a problem is call customer service,I can’t help you call customer service.Unprofessional and disgusting.
