I’m only giving this location 5 stars because of Roxanne. I’ve had ongoing issues with Capital One and little help from customer service, but Roxanne went above and beyond. She was patient, supportive, and even helped me get bank statements from 2020. Her kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed.

El servicio es un poco lento, poco personal pero muy amable, lo malo es que el área de los cajeros automáticos a veces esta muy sucio y hasta personas de calle se encuentran durmiendo ahí, en este lugar no se pueden realizar tramites para tarjetas de crédito y/o débito, tienes que hacerlo desde su página o aplicación
