Very helpful and never crowded ☺️
First time coming here and this place needs to close, NOW! I mean the place is dirty, people are not helpful at all. Walked in thinking I could pay off credit cards with cash and got nothing but a hard time. Also, tried to use the ATM, but that is broke. They don't want to just look at your ID but make a copy of it. NEVER LET SOMEONE MAKE A COPY OF YOUR ID! People are not to be trusted. There so called policy, if there is one it should be posted. Terrible customer service, avoid this place if you can. They don’t like helping customers if they have to stop their conversations. And they likely discriminate against non-English speaking customers. I was told their policy changed suddenly when they didn’t want to help me sign up my au pair who needed some translation help (which I was there to help). Very lazy.
The customer service is not good. Waited 30 minutes to be helped. Rep assisted with request but I didn't receive any verification documents that it was completed. Rep not welcoming....just not a good experience.
