I like this location because it's next to my job. Every time I use the drive through they always try to get me to go use the atm. If they don't want us using the drive through why is it open then? I find it very rude.
I visited this branch today and was quite disappointed with the service. I was next in line and, after waiting for a few minutes, one of the tellers abruptly asked, "What are you here for?" without even a basic greeting. I explained that I needed to deposit a cashier's check, only for her to inform me that the system was down. A simple, more courteous approach would have made a big difference. Absolutely worthless branch of Capital one with lazy employees that don’t care to help you do anything at all. I’ve been there 3 times because it’s the closest location, and every single time they come up with every reason in the book why they can’t assist me. Garbage. Go anywhere else if you need assistance. This building should be bulldozed.
