Their ID scanner device wasn’t working. The guy at the counter was so quick to turn me away instead of using the other device. Some of the employees here could really use some better training.
Quiet location and great customer service, I Love coming to this location
I had a terrible experience at this location. The Hispanic ladys were very nasty and rude. Customer service needs to be reevaluated. Everyone needs to be fired period.
I will NEVER use this credit card again. They fail to back customer when OBVIOUS fraud occurred. Given multiple evidence of proof of fraud. ZERO STARS
I called in to see if they had a notary in, the lady I talked to had an attitude.
