I called in to see if they had a notary in, the lady I talked to had an attitude.
the worse capital branch ever.they do literally nothing except talking about who is going to lunch and waiting all the customers over 30 minutes for nothing and still waiting!!! for no reason!!!.if
I like this location because it's next to my job. Every time I use the drive through they always try to get me to go use the atm. If they don't want us using the drive through why is it open then? I find it very rude.
I visited this branch today and was quite disappointed with the service. I was next in line and, after waiting for a few minutes, one of the tellers abruptly asked, "What are you here for?" without even a basic greeting. I explained that I needed to deposit a cashier's check, only for her to inform me that the system was down. A simple, more courteous approach would have made a big difference.
