I came in here to open an account, the teller was really nice and friendly! The reason for 2 stars, when making an account online (which i hate this business model) there was something wrong with their system. And I was out online with their higher ups, they said they were going to get back to me in a fee days, and now it's been more than a week, with no account and haven't heard back from them
Rude customer service.
