Ellis seems to need a little more training on listening to customers and not pressing buttons when not asked too. We just got our selfs 2 new cards on the way because he felt like it. Not a busy Bank to say the tellers are exhausted for overwork everything they do is talk to each other and they still have bad, bad customer service.
