It could not get any worse. These people are the worst. 7 weeks and can't access an account. The only way to access is via a phone which doesn't work. Can you go in person? NO! Insanity. Ellis seems to need a little more training on listening to customers and not pressing buttons when not asked too. We just got our selfs 2 new cards on the way because he felt like it. What a rude individual. Seems like he doesn't want to be there. I went in today with my mom who added me as a joint account holder.
