The worst customer service I've ever received.
For years the ATM at this bank doesn't not accept cash deposits… i already reported that to the bank by takibg my timr and making a phone call as well as inside. Who is this branch manager? How do you manage a bank location and unaware for years your ATMs dont accept cash.
Very rude and unprofessional customer service. Ellis was unfortunately my teller and his attitude was very unpleasant. He seemed like doing his job is the worst thing in the world. Barley talked and just used hand motions as if him talking was too much work. Again instead of talking, reached over the counter to select the language on the card reader in such a rude manner.
